Land & Estate
The Land and Estate Department primarily works for the management and allocation of land that comes under the PMRDA. The department handles the acquisition of land, allotment of land, e-auction of various built up properties and land and works related to land records, which include handling land acquisition, maintenance and the facilitation of various development projects across the PMR.
- Acquisition of land for public use.
- E-auction of built up property & land.
- Government Land Procurement.
- Allotment of land to the original farmers (under the 12.5% & 6.25% Scheme) & various government organizations.
- Survey, demarcation and take possession of roads & amenities.
