    • Tunnel Project: Development of tunnels to enhance transportation efficiency and reduce travel time.
    • Town Planning Scheme Infrastructure Development: Enhancing urban planning and infrastructure under the PMR Region, ensuring sustainable and systematic growth.
    • PIECC: Development of exhibition and convention center for national and international exhibitions with allied Infrastructure.
