PIECC

The Pune International Exhibition and Convention Center (PIECC) has a total area of approximately 94.87 hectares.
Out of this, the authority has currently developed around 20.11 hectares for an open exhibition center and other related facilities.
Additionally, infrastructure has been developed on about 32.0 hectares for commercial plots.
The open exhibition center hosts approximately 12 to 15 exhibitions annually, organized by reputed exhibitors.
As Expression of Interest (EOI) issued for development of PIECC under public private partnership (PPP) model scrutiny is in progress.

Construction of built-up exhibition halls and associated infrastructure is planned.

Open Exhibition Center: 98,000 sq. m
Proposed Built-up Exhibition Halls: 105,000 sq. m with all associated infrastructure
Proposed Convention Center: Capacity of 5,000 people
Facilities in the Master Plan:
- 3 Exhibition Halls (Each covering 35,000 sq. m)
- 5,000-seater Convention Center
- Museum, Fire Station, Training Center
- VIP Lounge, Bus Depot, Multi-Level Parking
- Business Center, Helipad, Metro Station
- Luxury & Budget Hotels, Residential Facilities, Warehouses, etc.
The open exhibition center is functional and around 12 to 15 exhibitions are held annually by reputed organizations.
Infrastructure development for commercial plots is completed.
