Construction of 6,452 Affordable Housing Units under Sector No. 12, Phase-2 Housing Project
Under the mission of “Housing for All”, as per notification no 2015/PK-110/HSG-2/Housing Swpr srs 22/3/2017, ther target for construction of DUs in Pune District about 2,19,075 & especially for PCMC area is 72,228 DUs under PMAY Mission.
Hence, under this Housing Project at Sector 12 – Phase II, PMRDA will contribute around 6452 DUs to achieve the target DUs in PCMC area. Under Phase I & Phase II at Sector 12, PMRDA is construction total 11,335 DUs (Phase I – 4883 DUs + Phase – II- 6452 DUs) under PMAY Mission.
The project is constructed at 7 plots (G1, G2, D1, D2, D3, E & F) of Sector 12 admeasuring around 28.77 acres. The scope of work is as under:

- Construction of around 3.2 Km internal roads along with services and driveways.
- Construction of 3 nos of Sewage Treatment Plants
- Providing other Services viz. Strom water line, Water Supply line, Fire Fighting system etc.
- Construction Compound Wall and Entry Exit Gates
- Providing Landscape area, Parking area.
